Contemporary Class
This class is open to all movers with some previous training & led through breath work, guided improvisation, crossings, floor work and acrobatics. Laura encourages participants to use their energy, connect & share with the other people in the space. Challenge your limits, refine your tools, try something new & discover different qualities and rhythms. This class aims to improve stamina & strength + open up your creativity, finishing on a dynamic phrase.
Summer Series
This 5 days course is open to all movers with some previous training & will be led through breath work, guided improvisation, crossings, floor work and acrobatics. Whilst improving stamina & strength + opening up your creativity, each day we will revisit some funky phrases & choreographies from this past year, with some new elements, tricks & inversions. Newbies welcome!
WomanEwer Intensive Italy
Discover the methodology & creative process behind WomanEwer. Led by Laura & Sara Maurizi & surrounded by beautiful nature in idyllic Tuscan countryside, this 5 days intensive is an opportunity to research, move, sweat, recharge, walk, swim and explore outdoor life.

WomanEwer Company Class
This class is open to professional dancers & led through breath work, guided improvisation, crossings, floor work and acrobatics. Every day will be led by a different company member. Monday led by Laura Kenyon, Tuesday led by Sara Maurizi & Wednesday led by Hannah Thomas.
Self Defence Workshop
In this Self Defence workshop, you will learn basic elements of self defence. Our experienced Brasilian Jiu Jitsy Instructor Milo Ramos & co-host Laura Kenyon aim for this introduction to be fun and empowering!
Dance Workshop
This workshop will explore movement based tasks & methods that are used during WomanEwer’s creative process to generate authentic movement. This will be led through breathing exercises, guided improvisation & creative tasks. This workshop is open to everyone with an open mind, and is led by Laura Kenyon.
