Laura is a Franco English multi-disciplinary artist based in London & Marseille. Her practice combines contemporary dance, visual arts, theatre, yoga & is motivated by womanhood & eco feminist themes. She graduated in Dance, Media and Cultural studies (BA HONS) at Kingston University and was an apprentice with Jasmin Vardimon. Laura is interested in exploring authentic movement & speech to release emotions & unlock trauma stored in certain parts of the body as a form of empowerment.

As well as directing her own all female company in London “WomanEwer”, Laura is part of Van Huynh Company in ‘DEP’, ‘Rebirth', ‘Exquisite Noise’, Etta Ermini Dance Theatre in ‘Glam’, Autin Dance Theatre in ‘Out of The Deep Blue’ and Levantes Dance Theatre in ‘Canape Art’ and ‘High Tea with a Twist’.

She has travelled extensively, working both as a dancer and workshop leader in Mexico, India, New Caledonia, Vietnam, Norway, Sweden, Spain and Italy. Her work was also presented in Odd Bird Theatre (Delhi), In Contact Collective (Goa) and TCA (Kolkata). In 2018 and 2024 she was rehearsal director for Van Huynh Company, choreographing new work for Dance Bridges Festival in Kolkata.
