Aishani Ghosh (she/her) is a UK-based freelance performer, artist and teacher. Her training started in Bharatnatyam and Ballet.  She trained at London Contemporary Dance School, graduating with a first and the Principal’s Award.

 Since graduating in 2022 she has performed for choreographers such as Vidya Patel, Shobanna Jeyasingh, Dickson MBI, James Cousins and has joined Olivier nominated Seeta Patel Dance Company as a company artist.

 Through her choreography Aishani is very intrigued by history and culture and how that shapes a dancers movement. With a movement practice rooted in Indian classical dance, and training in contemporary, ballet and Uday Shankar style and interest in curation of visual Arts it creates a unique and excited blend of choreography. With an aim to amplify silenced voices and empower people Aishani staged her first work for Resolutions in 2023. Aishani has just started her masters at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance where she envisions her research helping the South Asian Industry.
