Performance Installation

A 30 minutes performance within an art installation of paintings, collages, ceramics and hanging mobiles by Melanie Kenyon, together with soundscapes and digital forms by Laura Kenyon

Filmed by Rocio Chacon

‘ewer’ is an historic term for a jug: its shape is reminiscent of the female form and extends to the idea of a container, keeper, receiver, giver and guardian of life, nourishment and stories.

The exhibition can exist on its own and can also be a setting for a 35min live version of J’ai Un Bleu. This multi sensory experience leaves traces & gives new meaning to a familiar space whilst challenging the audience to create their own narrative.
