This class seamlessly blends elements contemporary dance, floor work, acrobatics and yoga creating a vibrant space for exploration and growth. We'll work on enhancing your movement range, coordination, flexibility, and strength while playfully challenging the transitions in and out of various tricks. Prepare to step out of your comfort zone, embrace creativity, and move to an energetic percussive playlist. Expect to sweat, engage your inner child, and enjoy the journey of trying new flows-failure is just a step towards discovery!
This class is open to all movers with an open mind, open to challenge their limits and try something new. We will navigate the session through some breath work, yoga, conditioning, floor work, acro, inversions and build up to standing using release technic, drills, guided improvisation and choreography.
